Hillary Clinton will win Pennsylvania

There is no reason to expect a margin less than 20% and a 26 delegate win. Remember, independent voters are simply not allowed to vote in the primary. Without them, Obama can't even touch Hillary's lead.

Of course, it's worth remembering that without them, neither can carry the state. Hillary's "big state" argument would only make sense if the primaries only permitted independent voters. They are the ones who decide elections, assuming the party base comes home (which, of course, may not happen for Obama if the wounds from the Clinton race-baiting machine fester past November).
